In our busy, modern world, many of us live on autopilot — rushing, overthinking, and carrying emotions we don’t know how to release. Breathwork offers a gentle yet powerful way to let those emotions flow, giving your body and mind space for clarity, strength, and inner freedom.

Why How You Breathe Matters?

Our nervous system has two parts:

  • Sympathetic: the “fight or flight” system, active when we feel stress.

  • Parasympathetic: the “rest and restore” system, which helps us relax and recover.

The way we breathe directly influences these systems. Slow, deep, intentional breathing activates the parasympathetic system, helping our brain and body shift from stress (Sympathetic), to calm (Parasympathetic).

Benefits for the brain and therefore your life:

  • Reduces cortisol and stress hormones

  • Lowers anxiety and overthinking

  • Improves focus, clarity, and decision-making

When we practice intentional breathwork, especially connected, circular, or deep breathing:

  • The vagus nerve (a key nerve connecting the brain and body) is stimulated.

  • This sends a signal to the brain that it’s safe to relax.

  • The brain responds by slowing heart rate, lowering blood pressure, and calming mental chatter.

Conscious Breathwork is like a reset button for the nervous system, helping the brain and body move into a state of calm, focus, and restoration.

What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is the practice of consciously using your breath to shift your state of being. It is simple, yet profoundly transformative. Through the breath, we can access expanded states of consciousness and activate the body’s natural healing abilities.

This practice gently reshapes your breathing patterns, which in turn nurtures your nervous system and supports the balance of your body and mind. As your breath flows more freely, it influences your thoughts, perceptions, and the way you experience life—helping you live with more presence, clarity, and ease.

Emotions are energy in motion

Our emotions are energy, and when they are held or suppressed, they can become trapped in the body, hidden from our conscious awareness yet still shaping our experiences. This can create subtle numbness, disconnection, and repeated emotional patterns. Breathwork offers a safe space to reconnect with these energies, allowing them to be acknowledged, released, and transformed.

About IN-BREATH Technique

In-Breath is a gentle, restorative Yin breath — a soft, mouth-based circular and connected technique that nurtures the body, heart, and nervous system.

This Breathwork emphasizes the Yin aspect — slow, gentle breathing that allows your nervous system to feel safe as you explore your mind, emotions, and consciousness. Instead of forcing release, we create space for trapped energy to flow gently, honoring protective layers as allies and allowing them to softly open in their own time.

In-Breath is inspired by holotropic and rebirthing techniques, we use a connected, circular breath to guide shifts in consciousness, activate neuroplasticity, and connect with the subconscious. This powerful practice allows accumulated stress, emotions, and trauma to safely surface and release.

Music carries and shapes the journey.

It can act as a trigger, a soother, and a creator of safe space. Music anchors you in the present, guides the emotional flow, and supports your nervous system as it self-regulates. It becomes a companion that holds and mirrors your experience, enhancing the release and integration of emotions and tension.

Together, breath and music open a path to deep healing, ease, and inner balance, allowing your body, mind, and heart to reconnect and restore naturally.

The Experience:

  • Time & Structure: 45–50 minutes of guided breathwork

  • Music: Carefully chosen to support the rhythmic flow of the breath

  • Relaxation & Body Scan: Begin with grounding and awareness of the body

  • Breathwork Flow: Guided circular breathing tailored to your needs

  • Closing & Integration: Gentle reflection, with optional sharing

Each person’s experience is unique: some may drift into deep restoration, others may notice tingling, waves of emotion, or gentle release. Whatever arises is met with presence, compassion, and care, honoring your body, mind, and spirit.

Traumatic symptoms don’t come from the event itself—they emerge when the energy from the experience remains trapped in the body. When this energy lingers in the nervous system, it can affect our body, mind, and emotions, creating patterns that keep us disconnected from ease and presence.

⚠️ Contraindications:

Breathwork is a profound and transformative practice that deeply awakens your body, mind, and energy. Because it activates the nervous system, the glands, and can release strong physical and emotional responses, it is natural that some conditions require extra care.

Breathwork is not safe if you have:

  • History of panic attacks, seizures or psychosis

  • Severe mental illness, including bipolar disorder or schizophrenia.

  • Cardiovascular: High blood pressure, angina, heart attack, or other cardiovascular diseases.

  • Respiratory: Severe asthma or other serious respiratory issues.

  • Pregnancy: Especially during the first trimester or while breastfeeding.

  • Medications: Prescription blood-thinning medications or conditions requiring regular medication.

Please consult with your healthcare provider if any of these apply to you before attending a breathwork session.

1:1 Private - 2h Experience

Experience Private 1:1 Inbreath sessions.

Group breathwork may not feel right for everyone, especially if you find it hard to express emotions around others. In that case, private sessions are ideal for you. Throughout the session, I’m here to guide and support you.

  • Location is within Sydney metro (shared upon confirmation)

    • Release traumas, suppressed emotions, and old patterns

    • Reduce stress and anxiety, and improve sleep

    • Increase clarity, focus, and willpower

    • Experience more joy, ease, and overall wellbeing

    • Set aside up to 2 hours

    • Opening conversation (30 min): Share what’s on your mind and express anything you need

    • Session preparation: On your first visit, we’ll go over what to expect and how the session unfolds.

    • Breathwork (60 min)

    • Integration & sharing: Reflect on your experience if you wish, or simply rest in silence (optional cacao)

Breathwork Circles

Breathwork circles are a powerful way to explore your inner world while connecting with a group. Sometimes, these circles are guided as part of our cacao ceremonies (Check out our Forest Ceremony). Other times, the focus is purely on the breath.

This is perfect if you’re comfortable expressing your emotions and working on yourself in a group setting.

    • Access deeper emotions: The shared energy of the group can help you connect with feelings that may be harder to reach alone.

    • Group Support from other participants makes it easier to work through challenges.

    • Unique group dynamics: Each circle has its own energy and flow, offering a fresh and fascinating experience every time.

    • Conversation Circle: I’ll explain the process and answer your questions.

    • Set an Intention: You may share it with the group or keep it private.

    • Guided Breathwork (60 min): I hold space for the group, offering support as needed.

    • Closing & Sharing Circle: Reflect on your experience and receive guidance for the days ahead.

    • Integration: Effects can last several days, so be gentle and supportive with yourself.

  • Optional: Meditation, movement, guided breathwork, and sharing circle

Hola, Soy Nina!

In 2023, I completed a certified breathwork training, first online and later in person in Bali. Alongside this, I bring experience as a PSYCH-K® Facilitator, NLP Master Practitioner, and mindfulness coach, with a strong foundation in energy psychology and cacao ceremony.

This blend of science, spirituality, and lived experience allows me to hold a safe and grounded space for transformation — where you can release what no longer serves you, reconnect with yourself, and open to something greater.
