About Nina Soul Medicina.

I’m Nina - which means fire in Quechua - fire as strength, warmth, and truth. I was born in Ecuador and now living in Australia.
Here, we speak English and Spanish, and we practice spirituality as something lived, embodied, and woven into everyday life.

My work supports emotional healing, inner confidence, and presence through - simple practices that help calm the mind and reconnect us with what is true.

The path I walk and hold

Living far from my land and roots brought a deep initiation: a longing for a spirituality that was not distant or religious, but real, intimate, and alive..

Through nature, silence, breath, and devotion, I rediscovered God not as something outside of me, but as something as close as the next inhale.

How I guide:

The spaces I hold are not about spiritual performance or quick transformation.

Cacao is not a god.
Breath is not just a technique.
Meditation is not an escape.

They are simple pathways back to presence, helping you remember the wisdom, strength, and peace that already live within you.

My focus this year.

This year, my intention is to support the embodiment of gratitude, compassion, and presence, core qualities of mindfulness practiced in daily life.

Ceremonial cacao is offered as a gentle and grounding ally, supporting meditation, emotional regulation, and heart connection. For those new to cacao, I guide simple, practical ways to connect, so this plant can become a supportive companion of self-love, devotion, and calm.

Experience, Training & Certifications

My work integrates both professional training and lived experience, since 2020 including:

  • Life Coaching – The Coaching Institute

  • NLP Master Practitioner

  • Hypnotherapy & Timeline Therapy

  • Psych-K® Facilitator (Basic & Advanced)

  • Mindfulness Coaching

  • Breathwork Facilitator (InBreath)

  • Ceremonial Cacao Facilitation

  • Shamanism (retreats and initiations)

Beyond titles and certifications, my greatest training has been life itself:

  • Migrating, living in different countries, holding circles, guiding individual and group processes, and facilitating ceremonies.

How I guide

Nina Soul Medicina exists to support a return to presence, trust, and inner truth, and to remind us that devotion can be lived gently—
one breath and one choice at a time.

If you feel the call,
you are welcome here.

This is where cacao, mindfulness, breathwork, and meditation became practical bridges, ways to return to the heart, regulate the nervous system, and live with greater trust and peace.
